About me

Jessica Chermak is an independent educational consultant who works with students and parents to maneuver the college match and application process. She utilizes a structured CollegEase process that lays out the key steps and time frames to college acceptance based on over 9 years experience in academia. "The Guided Path" provides an efficient method for both students and parents to understand and tackle the competitive college selection and admissions process, with a positive end result of acceptance and harmony.

Her objective is to reduce stress and time requirements by providing a simplified, defined process, along with support. For Jessica, guiding students to a good match is her ultimate goal, her passion, and her definition of success. The college admissions process is a journey of discovery for students and families, wherein they are able to define themselves and determine what really matters.

Jessica's interest in educational consulting peaked while experiencing the college selection process, and subsequent graduate school selection process. She has complemented her personal interest with professional training through the Independent Educational Consulting Association.

Jessica holds a Masters of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Chapman University.
